Plan for the City
I will institute a City Marshal's Office working directly under the Mayor's
Office.
Illegal possession of firearms, drug dealers and gang members must be
eliminated from within the city limits.
By opening up further development in the Natomas area along the same
lines as the Greenbriar project and having developers post fees in
advance of completion of the projects, the current budget deficits can be
addressed.

Office.
- These individuals will be charged with locating and arresting all fugitive
parolees and probation violators. - It is a very well known statistic that most of our crimes within the city are
committed by individuals who, at the time of the commission of the crime, are
in violation of parole or probation.
Illegal possession of firearms, drug dealers and gang members must be
eliminated from within the city limits.
- A proactive program instituted with a priority aspect in the ranks of the local
police department can accomplish this. - Gun powder and drug sniffing dogs have to become part of our city police
department's anti-drug and anti-gang units.
